Split docs in two categories

Bruno Spy requested to merge brunospy/joinfirefish:splitdocs into main

In order to add more docs in the short future, I propose to split documentation in two categories : one aimed at "basic" users (how to use Firefish, what's an antenna, etc...) and one aimed at developers (how to install an instance, how to customize, ...).
